BIODIVERSITY INTELLIGENCE

AI-enabled Biodiversity Services, Powered by a Curated Expert Network.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to help bend the curve of biodiversity loss, by providing the data, knowledge and shared infrastructure the world needs to act.

Regulation has moved Nature from ESG report to supply chain question — EUDR, CSRD, TNFD, BNG, SBTN, EU Nature Restoration Law, jurisdictional traceability mandates across LatAm and beyond. Corporates under disclosure pressure, Financial Institutions screening portfolios, Multilateral Programs and Governments implementing frameworks, and Project Developers building nature outcomes, all need urgent help.

We are a purpose-built biodiversity firm, founded in 2026 to address a gap the field has not yet filled: a partner that can deliver both the strategic clarity and the field execution that serious biodiversity work requires. We are AI-native — built from the start around an integrated MRV platform that combines satellite imagery, eDNA, bioacoustics, camera traps, and field data into continuous biodiversity assessments. Combined with a curated network of field scientists and practitioners, this lets us deliver bespoke work at a speed, scale, and cost that traditional consulting can't match, and at a depth and adaptability that pure-software platforms can't offer.

We are a Public Benefit Corporation paired with a Foundation. The commercial firm delivers client engagements. The foundation publishes open methodology, governs the expert network, and contributes to policy and research. We are deeply rooted in Latin America, the region holding 40% of Earth's biodiversity.
WHAT WE DO

A new approach to biodiversity work

Bespoke services, made scalable by AI.
Most biodiversity work today forces a choice: bespoke consulting that is rigorous but slow and expensive, or software platforms that are fast but generic and shallow. We have built a different model — agentic AI infrastructure that lets us tailor every engagement to the specific context of a client, biome, or supply chain, at a speed and cost previously associated only with off-the-shelf software. Three common engagement structures:

Discovery

Nature risk and strategy diagnostic
A 4–12 week structured engagement that gives leadership teams clarity on which regulations apply, where biodiversity exposure sits in operations and supply chain, how the company compares to peers, and what credible action looks like over 90 days, 12 months, and three years.

Strategic Engagement

Program design and methodology
A 4–6 month engagement that takes a company from clarity to implementation: biodiversity baselining across priority landscapes, methodology design aligned with TNFD, SBTN, CSRD, and other frameworks, MRV system architecture, and supplier and stakeholder engagement design.

Multi-Year Program

Implementation and ongoing partnership
Multi-year engagement for organizations operating sustained programs at landscape or supply-chain scale: continuous monitoring, methodology evolution, expansion to new geographies, and the trusted-institution layer for outcome claims that must be defensible to investors, regulators, and the public.
HOW WE WORK

Our capabilities and principles set us apart

AI-enabled MRV infrastructure

Our platform integrates satellite imagery, environmental DNA, bioacoustics, camera trap data, soil sensors, and field surveys into continuous, uncertainty-quantified assessments for AI-enabled reasoning. The platform is internal leverage that makes engagements faster, more rigorous, and scalable — not a product sold separately.

Curated expert network

We maintain a global network of named scientists, practitioners, and field experts in the biomes and disciplines we serve. Network experts are pre-qualified, available with declared capacity, and named on specific engagements. This is the operational core of how we staff complex programs.

Methodology depth

We work with the established scientific frameworks — TNFD-LEAP, STAR, BIRS, SBTN FLAG, IUCN Global Standard for Nature-based Solutions — and contribute to their advancement through peer-reviewed publication. Our foundation arm exists in part to keep this methodology open and credible. Engagements are built on this foundation, not on bespoke frameworks no one can verify.

Latin American field depth

The bulk of our team and network is operationally embedded in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. Spanish and Portuguese are working languages. We work where biodiversity outcomes are actually determined, and where the regulatory and commercial pressures of the coming decade are most acute.

For the first time, we have the science, the technology, and the capacity to bend the curve of biodiversity loss. What we lack is execution at the speed and integrity the moment requires. No single actor can do this alone. Corporates must support their supply chains. Investors must direct capital. Governments must operationalize their frameworks. Land stewards must execute. KEA Network is here to help get this work done at planetary scale.

Let's get to work.
